Runtime Error/Blank Screen Notice

Hello. This is Silkroad Online.

We are aware that some of you may be sufferring runtime errors or getting a blank black screen after launching into the game. In many cases, updating your graphic card drivers to the most recent official release will resolve these issues.

If after installing the latest drivers, you still encounter these issues, please send a DXdiag report to the Bug Report section under the Customer Support tab on the official website.

DXdiag Instructions
1. Go to the Start menu.
2. Click on the Run selection.
3. Type in dxdiag
4. A window will appear with your system specifications. Click on the Save button on this window. Next save the text file.
5. Copy and paste the information contained in this text file to the Bug Report section under the Customer Support tab.
